Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer Free Priority USPS shipping on all orders over $200 USD within the continental United States.

*Priority Express orders placed after 1pm CST ship next business day. Weekend/holiday orders ship next business day.

Processing & Handling Time

• Same-business-day shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays) ship the same day.
• Next-business-day shipping: Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.
• Handling time: 0–1 business days (time from order placement to carrier handoff).
• Transit time: 1–3 business days depending on shipping method and destination.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, our system automatically sends a “Package Shipped” email containing:

• Your USPS tracking number
• Direct link to track your package
• Estimated delivery date

You can also track orders anytime by visiting our Order Tracking page or contacting us directly.

Shipping Policy Updates

Shipping rates, methods, and free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time without notice. Current policies apply at the time of order placement.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Order not yet shipped: Cancel anytime before shipment for a full refund.
• Within 30 days of order date: Refund requests accepted up to 30 calendar days after order placement (Google Merchant Center compliant return window).
• Product issues: Damaged, incorrect, or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Contact us at sales@purepeptidefactory.com or call +1 (918) 921-4329.
2. Provide your order number, item(s) in question, and reason for return.
3. Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps.
4. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label (if applicable).
5. Ship items back in original, unopened packaging with all documentation.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refund timing depends on your bank or payment processor. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on statements.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Our error (wrong/damaged item): We cover return shipping costs.
• Customer remorse / change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Restocking fee: None for unopened items in original condition. Opened items may be subject to evaluation and potential restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research chemicals and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products with broken safety seals or tampered packaging
• Items stored outside recommended conditions (e.g., temperature exposure)
• Custom-formulated or bulk-order products
• Products past their labeled stability date

For wholesale inquiries, custom formulations, or high-volume orders:

• Include your business name, intended research use, estimated volume, and timeline
• Our team will provide a custom quote and shipping arrangement within 1 business day

Bulk orders may have different shipping timelines, minimum order values, and return policies, which will be confirmed in writing prior to fulfillment.
